Once clean, be sure to dry it quickly and cover it with a layer of oil. Do not let it dry outdoors and do not put it in the dishwasher. When storing, keep it in a dry place and keep it wrapped in paper or a plastic bag, if possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DAILY USE. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Never leave the empty container on the fire for a long time because it may overheat. Constantly check the level of the flame or fire. For cooking you can use stainless steel and wood items, the use of plastic items is not recommended. When cleaning, do not use scouring pads or abrasive products that may scratch the surface. Keep in mind that you have to use adequate protection, because when cooking, all parts of the utensil are hot. Never leave the product on fire unattended or within reach of children. It is not a non-stick product. After use, let cool it before cleaning. Cast iron is a porous material so the griddle can get stained. For a better conservation, once cleaned you can spread it with oil.
