Ad esempio le nostre paelleras La Valenciana sono progettate per preparare questo piatto tipico valenzano per tutti i tipi di fornelli e ambienti, con la garanzia e la certezza che se una persona sa cucinare, riuscir\u00e0 a cucinarci una paella spettacolare.<\/p>\n\t<p>Un tipo di ricetta di <i>paella<\/i> molto richiesta in questo momento \u00e8 la famosa <i>paella<\/i> a legna, che viene cucinata all&#8217;aperto. \u00c8 fondamentale scegliere bene la location, soprattutto per evitare la presenza di vento, che potrebbe intaccare la potenza di fiamma e, conseguente, la cottura della <i>paella<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>Ma qual \u00e8 davvero la differenza tra la <i>paella<\/i> cotta a legna e la <i>paella<\/i> cotta a gas? Qui abbiamo alcune nozioni di base.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><b>Tempi di cottura:<\/b> Mentre la <i>paella <\/i>cotta a gas ha dei tempi pi\u00f9 veloci e regolari, quella a legna richiede pi\u00f9 tempo per la sua preparazione, poich\u00e9 in ogni momento dobbiamo controllare la qualit\u00e0 e l&#8217;intensit\u00e0 del fuoco.<\/li>\n<li>Il <b>sapore<\/b>. L&#8217;uso di legna da ardere di fibra tenera come quella dell&#8217;arancio, dell&#8217;ulivo, del mandorlo o del leccio far\u00e0 s\u00ec che il riso non si affumichi. La miscela dei sapori della legna e della base di cottura del riso far\u00e0 s\u00ec che la nostra <i>paella<\/i> abbia un sapore ben definito, inconfondibile, estremamente gustoso. Ci\u00f2 si ottiene quando il riso ha la propriet\u00e0 di assorbire aromi e sapori. Questa tecnica, ad esempio \u00e8 assai valida, per il riso con i frutti di mare o il pollo tra gli ingredienti.<\/li>\n<li>Il <b>tipo di riso da utilizzare<\/b>: a un cuoco esperto e coraggioso a cui piace osare in cucina, forse sarebbe da consigliare le variet\u00e0 di riso S\u00e9nia o J.Sendra, poich\u00e9 sono quelle che offrono il miglior assorbimento dei sapori e danno risultati incredibili. Tuttavia il nostro consiglio, specialmente per chi non \u00e8 troppo esperto tra i fornelli, \u00e8 quello di scegliere il riso Bomba e questo per vari motivi: regge bene la cottura, i chicchi tendono a rimanere separati tra loro, mantiene sempre una buona consistenza una volta terminata la ricetta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Non bisogna poi dimenticare il <b><i>socarraet<\/i><\/b>, ovvero quello strato di riso leggermente bruciato che rimane attaccato all&#8217;acciaio e che dai pi\u00f9 esperti \u00e8 considerata la parte pregiata della <i>paella<\/i> cotta a legna. Molti infatti sono coloro che prediligono questo metodo di cottura solo per gustare il famoso <b>socarraet<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>La cottura a legna \u00e8 pi\u00f9 <b>economica<\/b>: Il fatto di cucinare una <i>paella<\/i> a legna \u00e8 molto pi\u00f9 economico che cucinarla a gas, poich\u00e9 per realizzarla utilizzeremo solo risorse naturali.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>E tu cosa preferisci?
